In your browser (this for SeaMonkey,but should be same for Mozilla-based ones such as Firefox):

File | Save Page As | Web Page Complete and choose a destination.

    Saves as "ISSUU - Patton tanks rare by José Israel Núñez Henríquez.htm" (80 MB),

or an other name you want to give it.

only copies 50 bytes not the 80 mb it would require

That Patton tank book is great however the formating is terable. For example page 53 by the online count has a half page picture on the right and less than a half page text block on the left. This could have been done as one page if the whole book is like that I suspect it could be 100 pages shorter.

 

I still can't figure out how to download it.
