Sorry, completely missed the point of your question. Ref SOPTAC: I can find references that say both the Lynx and ERC-90 had electro-optical systems and that SOPTAC was built for both kinds of turrets, but can't find one that specifically links those two things together. It seems like SOPTAC was standard for both of the turrets involved but I can't find anything about who bought which version of SOPTAC.
There were six versions of SOPTAC available for both the Lynx and ERC-90: essentially there were three levels of sophistication and each of those three levels were available in both day/night and day-only versions.
- For the day/night versions SOPTAC 11 was the most sophisticated, SOPTAC 22 the least, and SOPTAC 10 in the middle.
- The corresponding "day only" versions were 06, 13, and 21.
- Versions for the TS90 turret used an "A" suffix, e.g. SOPTAC 11A, while versions for the Lynx turret used a "B" suffix
As Nikolas mentioned the French VBC90s did have SOPTAC, specifically SOPTAC 11.
