Overfueling?

Likely, or a shortage of air.

Not enough air - then the smoke is black. Here you can see bluish smoke. And the engine is not running smoothly. Started too cold (extremely unfavorable!)?. Or diesel ignition does not occur in all cylinders.
Something in this "price range" i think.

Blue smoke is a symptom of burning engine oil.

No telling what exactly is wrong with the motor, probably multiple problems, from a blown head gasket to a thrown rod.  From a cracked block to scoured cylinder walls.

An old trick was to smear some oil on each exhaust manifold runner, to see if one or more of them were cooler than the rest.  If the problem is in individual cylinders (low compression, bad injector, etc)  that could identify the location of the problem rather quickly.  IR thermometers make it much easier.

If the camshaft or injection pump are not timed correctly, the problem would manifest itself on all cylinders.

I have watched many of these videos - I am in awe at how much stuff the designers crammed in a fairly small engine compartment.  There is something to be said about modular powerpacks that can be pulled out and replaced in one piece. Was the M18 the first "tank" to have such a feature?

Refurb Leopards of Hungary got their markings at the factory. They planned to arrive sometime in the summer.
