The Whine Cellar may be gone, the 522 errors and the lack of SSL encryption (with the resulting Chrome browser security warnings - justified or not) remain. Maybe nothing can be done about the 522s, but at least switching to https connections shouldn't be too difficult. There's free SSL certificates to be had from Let's Encrypt.
