So what advantages does the P-10 Full Size offer over the existing P-09?

It's a Glock. P-09s are still DA/SA. You can give the customer what they want or you can let someone else make the sale. Glocks are a terrific gun for all seasons. Basic trigger discipline keeps you very safe and the trigger pull is not as difficult to master as a DA/SA. The best handgun I have shot is not a Glock but it is the handgun I would issue and teach with. In a world of limited range time and budgets, the Glock is compelling. CZ is pretty much offering the same as Glock with the exception of the SC which is a concealed duty type idea with a shorter grip that will print less.

I've not shot the P-09 but in general I prefer kidney lugs to Glock style camming. I really like the SP-01 Phantom though what I would really love is a alloy framed Shadow.

Where Glocks get iffy is when shooters try to lighten the trigger too much, trying for the proverbial 'glass rod'.  Outside of a bull-eye range, hair triggers are very rarely a good idea.
