How stealthy are the U-2 and SR-71 really

They were not any where near the level of stealth of today, but they had some stealth features purposely included in the design. So does the B-1B bomber

It wasn't planned at all, but Vulcan had quite low radar cross-section.

I cant think of its name, but didnt a WW2 British Fighter have low RCS due to its wooden construction?

Im pretty sure later models of the U2 made use of radar absorbing paint. Also for some reason I have it in my head that the location of the face of the U2's engine helped make it stealthy, though my memory could be crappy on that.
