There was the Sukhoi-Gulfstream collaboration. However, it probably didn't have enough range to attract large amount of orders - you want trans-Atlantic range, at minimum.

It's so easy to see Climate Change Warriors using these to tear around attending conferences--er, saving the world.  Somebody could really make out on carbon offsets.
