It is regulated by building code that helipads must be fitted on every building with over 11 floors and floor space of 10,000 square meters. Of course some are built for evacuating VIPs, but most are for MEDEVACs or air ambulance transfers.

It is said that SAM battery will be stationed on top of the Hyundai GBC when it's completed. Possibly KPSAM Shin-Gung.

If I were on top of a building guarding the air around it I would like to have a parachute so that in the event of imminent collapse I could float to Earth in relative safety rather than joining the rest of the debris crashing into the street below!
