Is this correct? Did we really send a heavy tank prototype to the Soviets?

Has been the soviet report on the T26E3 been translated? What did the soviets think of it? If somebody had a clue about heavies it was definitely the soviets.

I guess we did let the communist infested in our government hand the Soviets a nuclear bomb on a silver platter for all intents and purposes, what is heavy tank prototype when compared to that.

So much wrong there... the Soviets got the bomb "handed" to them by Klaus Fuchs, who was at the core of the scientist working on the bomb, he couldn't be compartmented out.

No it is not wrong, you are taking literal what is not literal, and said the same thing I did.

it's Pat Matthews drawings for RC model, but IIRC he used measurments of real tank for this.he  also made drawings for turret
