Not familiar with Spuhr but they seem to have an excellent reputation:

Håkan Spuhr is a good guy. He knows his machining. Maybe a bit too much, as his screwhole with centering ring is quite elaborate. And he is a swede not a german. ;)

Although the forearm for the G3 while ingenious with his trademark screwholes with the centering rings around them, is too intricate imho. A normal "cheese grater" is simpler and easier to make and does the job. And/or partially replace cheese grate (picatinny rail) with M-Lok. And issue panels so the sailors do not burn their paws. Oh and the portuguese navy could have applied new corrosion protection on the basic guns, while they are at it. Sheesh, they look all shiny. Otherwise a nice solution improving the old cold warhorse. The new Spuhr stock comes with a hydraulic buffer to tame the violent action. Ian Mc Collum has a similar setup on his personal lefthanded G3/HK91 clone and seems quite fond of the spuhr parts.

I have so far sadly only fingered an MP5 with this stock at an exhibition. Certainly well made.
