I really do not get how the suit can praise how the program went. fast procurement takes more than a decade and results in naught in the end?

rumour has it, that Boeing had offered to built new and improved OV-10(some letter) more than a decadea go. minimum 100 pieces. Together with dunno a Iraqi or Afghan order of a few "monkey models". Or an additional filipino or columbian (or whoeever else may have need for such an aeroplane) order that number should easily have been reached.
