I can't think of a single rational reason for that blasphemous abomination.

+ a lot

My '45 Inland is great to carry around, but time has passed it by.

An AR in .300 BO does everything that monstrosity does and can be loaded to near 7.62x39 levels and MOA accuracy, neither of which is doable in .30 Carbine.

The cartridge itself would probably make accuracy if handloaded, but not the M1 Carbine.

the mentioned AR-15-ish "pistol" (to wiggle around laws) in .300 Blackout is also cheaper to buy. Rhis thing rides on nostalgia.

in other news the A-H Empire shall rise again. One Frommer Stop at a time:

czech Laugo Arms has made this low riding pistol. They call it Alien after the H.R. Giger movie monster. Though with that font setting I see a copyright infringement coming from hollywood lawyers. ;)

fixed barrel, gas loader similar in function to H&K P7M*, but upside down.

same designers as the CZ Scorpion Evo SMg/PCC

Not nearly overcomplicated enough to be compared with a Frommer's mad genius. :)

Of course not , but the arrangement of barrel on the bottom and recoil spring on top is rather rare and the Alien pistol coming from Prague led me to this association.

Fun. You don't need a license for that over here. ;)
