Teamed up with "Sloth_slayer" in a KS-1S on Westfield. He ended up with 2500 dmg, top gun and Radley-Walter's, 8 kills.

Steppes. T34. Southern team.
I head west which is what I always do. I hate taking the T34 with its horrid mobility into the openness that is the east of that map. Going with me is a Jagdtiger, a Tiger, and an IS-2. I take up an overwatch spot by that big rock in the south and notice several enemy tanks going for that middle rock structure. It soon becomes clear we're outnumbered and out-tiered. The Tiger and IS-2 are killed rather quickly because they try to move for that rock structure as well right off the bat*.
It's looking pretty bad at this point as it's just me and the Jagdtiger against at least 5, possibly 6. Fortunately, he's back with me. We hole up. The guy's name was Uzuriel and he knew how to play peekaboo. Between us we take out at least 2 enemy tanks by playing smart with hull-down and corners. However, we're still outnubered and I can see that 2 enemies are moving to flank us by going around this rock to the north.
I had asked for help before this because we had 3 tanks covering our base. They had already failed at protecting arty but here they did the right thing when it was needed. First, a SP moved up and stopped the flankers before they got around us. Unfortunately, he rushed into the enemy formation and got killed. Still, it bought enough time for the other two heavies, one an E-75, that was at our base to move up and help as well. Enemy keeps trying to flank and are caught between the Jagdtiger which held his ground, these 2 heavies from base, and myself which zoomed around the northern part of this rock and caught the enemy from behind.
All in all, a game played with brains. I like that. Our eastern flank won their fight and it was a pretty lopsided win by the end. I didn't have to carry the team, which is always nice. Instead, I felt like I was almost on a real team.
I won't lie, I bitch out my teams a lot. Reason is most are bad. I was giving nothing but compliments and praise in this one. It's rare, but when it's deserving I give it out in droves.
Playing in the mornings is great. My stats aren't any better (or rather, w/r isn't) but the quality of the games is much higher.
*Always a bad idea. If you end up in a situation like what happened in this game you now moved into an area where you can't escape and where you're guaranteed to get wiped out. You always want to be in a spot where you have options. Moving there right off the bat without knowing what the enemy team has going there leaves you with none.

Eleven of us went north (SW team). We stuck together. We kept pushing. Ended up steamrolling the other team 15-2. I got to fire all of 2 shots (and was delighted about that fact).
This game isn't hard. Bad players make it so. These guys weren't.

The platoon from [STOUT] in my last game (Gladiair, Nethmal, and phantomeagle).
Erlernberg on my T34. Most of the team goes north. Only about 4-5 of go south and no one's 'sniping' from the castle. The minimap shows the enemy is mostly in the south and quickly wipes out our force there. We (slowly) take out the first wave of their northern force and I ask for 3-4 tanks to move south in hopes of salvaging this game (we were losing 4-7 at that point). The above three go with me. Smart play using corners and hull down enable us to wipe out the enemy southern force that's now crossed the bridge to our side. What was left of the enemy northern group wiped out was was left of our guys up there and one of the STOUT guys runs up to keep a T28P up there busy while myself and a remaining KT at 10% health kill a KV-1S and FCM-50t that came middle (the latter being at full health).
What in most games would've been a clear defeat ended up being saved by smart play.

had several good games in the tier 2, 5 and 8 range, paired off with another tanker and worked our way forward, lots of alternating fire on exposed targets, good protection of flanks and arty. there are days when you see everything work perfectly and you have a big smile at the end of the game. Almost wished we got 5 seconds more of chat to say great job to xxxxx

Didn't catch all the names. I was on Redshire on my KV-4 and was the only one on the hill for the southern team. There was a Tiger up with me but he died rather quickly after exposing himself. I caught of at least one enemy moving along the eastern side of the map before I hid to save myself from the same fate. Given the amount of fire that hit that Tiger there was likely a lot more.
So, I basically type out "umm... east is fucked."
Then I see a T57 coming up. Oh crap, I think. He comes around a corner to fire on me and bounces. I fire and bounce off him. Then... he brews up. I look at my minimap and there's at least 5 friendlies in those houses on the western hill near our base. Think they had all turned to help cover me. A Bat Chat now comes around the corner and starts lighting into me. I reverse to the opposite side of the hill and move back up so that I'm within 50m of the enemy and lighting them up evern though I don't have LoS. They all come over the hill and my teammates knock out every one.
I ended the game with over 5k spotted damage... in a KV-4. Was nice for once to be able to depend on my teammates. That's so rare in a pub game.

Was platooned in my T-62A* with some clanmates on Prokhorovka. It ended up with me mid and a buddy in his T57 holding west against 2 IS-7s, a 110E5, ST-I, some light that died real early, and a 183. Thankfully the enemy was bad and didn't rush all together. Still, there were lots of high tier arty (which were targeting my clanmate) and it was close till the end. My buddy and I were doing ok but he was saved on several occasions by some very well placed arty shots. After the game one of our arty did almost 7k damage. His name was Steelhead77 and I made a point to send a message afterwards on the great game and thanked him for saving our hides.
*Only get to platoon in tier 10s, really. Most everyone else in my clan either has every tier 10 they want or enough credits they don't need to use tier 8 prems. Still mostly running my T34 solo.

I love matches like that in a T-50-2 or a T-50 (or ELC for that matter). You're high up in team vehicle ranking so you know you can do front, side, or rear pens of a lot of the stuff you'll be facing -- plus you have all that excess speed and turning rate. And you can take hits from the red team and not necessarily die from one pen.
But I don't see matches like this too often in a T-50-2. Usually bottom rung in a Tier VIII+ -- scouting for behemoths and arty that will kill u with one hit if u stop for a few seconds.
