So, the rest of the Dems move to defend 'The Squad'...does it help the R's by making the whole Democratic party look nuts and repelling moderate voters (Tim Pool) or hurt by making Trump the repellant one (Jim Geraghty)???

I'm not a 25th dimension chess Trump admirer but this is a smart move. Pelosi spent the last week positioning her and her minions to take on the four commies of the apocalypse only to have Trump force her to embrace them yet again despite internal polling showing the Dems that they are electoral poison. Now, the Dem civil war will go on and every Dem will carry these four and their antics like a millstone.

Also, he's dead right. Omar gets her and her family's asses saved by this nation's good will, she became a citizen, now a Congresswoman and yet she craps on this nation in the worst possible terms.

Of course, the usual Never Trump maidens are having their fainting spells, frack 'em as usual.

Listening to Ben Shapiro today, knowing he's a NeverTrumper, nevertheless, I also learned he has no huevos and eagerly wants GOP pols to seek adoration from Leftists.  I also learned that he's terribly naive that he doesn't understand that 007 becoming a black woman isn't about being woke, but about eliminating yet another straight white male hero.

IIRC, Shapiro said recently that he would likely vote for Trump in 2020.

I have seen Ben referred to as controlled opposition, and stuff like this makes me wonder how much truth there is to that.

His thinking that Trump won't likely die before the election?  Seriously, what is he holding out for, Hillary to take another run at it?

Probably being cautious in case Trump does something really crazy.

This is what I have to say about that.  Today Trump did something, and said things, that long should have been said.  He called a spade a spade and didn't give a damn what anybody, to include Shapiro, thought about it.

That is what I love about Trump, he says things that need to be said instead of running around looking for the fainting couch.

Americans come to Canada to have their prescriptions filled as it is cheaper than in the USA.

Why is that? Why are they more expensive in the US?

Ben is intelligent and nuanced in his view points but is also pragmatic. He has most certainly lauded Trump for specific policies and stated clearly that he can support President Trump based on those policies and vote for him based upon that come 2020's election.

No doubt Americans could get Canadian prices for medicines. Of course, as the higher US price is what pays for R&D. . .

Yep. Makes it yet another thing the rest of the progressive, western world foists on US tax payers to pay for. Defense being the other big thing.

Regardless of how good she acts, I predict a box office flop and unravelling of the Bond Story.

Id prefer to see a second franchise, a bit like they have done with the marvel movies. I think there is enough story there to carry 2 different Bonds, one female, one male. After all, there is a massive run on female hitman films and series at the moment.

I completely agree here.  Leave my upper class emulating, womanizing, murdering, gambling, heavy drinking Bond alone!

I agree with Tim Pool that if Trump farts, the media runs in to smell it and then declares that only Trumps farts stink, Obama's farts were attar of roses.

RINO Romney can't bring himself to defend the President.  https://www.thegatew...-congresswomen/

RINO Senator Mitt Romney (UT) said on Monday that President Trump “fell far short” of his duty to unite Americans when he called the Communist, America-hating Congresswomen and told them to leave the county.

NBC Boston reported:

In an exclusive interview with NBC10 Boston Monday, Romney also took aim at the group of women known as “the squad” that includes Reps. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan.

“I certainly feel that a number of these new members of Congress have views that are not consistent with my experience and not consistent with building a strong America,” the Utah Republican said at Boston Logan International Airport.

“At the same time, I recognize that the president has a unique and noble calling to unite all Americans regardless of our creeds, or our race or the place of our national origin, and I think in that case, the president fell far short with his comments yesterday.”

Romney did not say whether he believed Trump’s tweets were racist. He walked away and told reporters, “That’s all I’ve got.”

Nothing Trump tweeted was racist.

The President was bold and direct when he called out the America-hating Communist lawmakers that make up the freshman Democrat “squad.”

Senator Joni Ernst, John Kasich, Mitt Romney et al have opined that Trump is racist for calling out members of congress for their socialist and communist sympathies and their disdain for the United States.  For this transgression they have said Trump is a racist because those members of congress are people of color.  However, isn't the assumption that people of color not having the character to withstand having their ideas and politics questioned the real example of racism?

This is why Trump is just a speed bump. Because after Trump is gone, we are going to be back to the same subversive Republicans who sit down to make pee pee.

If I could get a message to Trump, it would be that he should find someone to produce some follow up Our Man Flint Movies.

Done right, the melt down by the left would be GLORIOUS.
