Amazed on how much technology has advanced from 1969 to now.

 

There is a really good series on the restoration of the Apollo Guidance computer on youtube if you havent seen it Rick.

 

I remember seeing Apollo 10 in the Science Museum in London as a Kid. Still remember it vividly, including the Moon buggy. Im guess some of the other bits probably came off the cancelled Apollo 18.

Heard the other day that the typical smartphone could handle the computing power for 120 million simultaneous equivalent Apollo 11 moon missions.

When I saw the thread title and author, I immediately concluded that Stuart was out on the moors sacrificing some random victim in a druidic Wicker Man scenario.
