How would I post a picture on Tank Net from a picture file on Windows 7?

I don't think there is a way to directly upload pictures to TN. So pictures need to be uploaded to a different website. Then the web address of the uploaded picture is copy/pasted into the slim image address bar that appears when clicking on post image button that is available when making posts.

Actually there is an "Attach Files" dialog on the bottom on the full reply window. maximum of 500KB size. Not avaiable if you use the quick reply box on the bottom of the forum topic.
